Dinner & Auction Fundraiser

The main decision making body, responsible for the vision of the event, the budget, & supervising all of the committees.
Ticket Sales, Design & Printing Committee
Oversees the design and production of written materials such as flyer, bid sheets, signage and sponsor recognition.
Collection of Funds Committee
Determines how auction purchase and other donations will be accounted for, either manually or computerized.
Event Publicity Committee
Promotes the fundraiser to the community via website, press releases, and media spots.
Handles the logistics of the food, bars, tables, room layouts, & linens.
Alcohol / Beverage Committee
Secure purchase & supply of all beer, wine, water & beverages.
Cashiers, kitchen help, team sport helpers, table servers, cooks & bar tenders.
Auction Acquisitions Committee
Secures items for the live and/or silent auctions. Track the details of each item, promotes the items and ensures delivery to the winning bidders.
Secures & manages Master of Ceremonies, DJ, Decorations, lights, & slide show.
Facilitate a well orchestrated cleanup.
